No defamatory comments about clinics, doctors or their staff are permitted on our boards. If you have a problem with a clinic, doctor or staff member, please deal with it privately. If you need support for handling a problem do NOT identify the place or person involved.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT YOU POST!!!! THIS WEBSITE IS A PUBLIC FORUM AND CLINICS, DOCTORS AND THEIR STAFF, AS WELL AS OTHER PATIENTS MAY BE READING WHAT YOU WRITE. PLEASE DO NOT POST ANYTHING THAT COULD CAUSE LEGAL PROBLEMS FOR YOURSELF. We can not allow the acts of a few individuals to jeopardize the continuation of this web site.

If you do not follow these rules we will remove the offending post and/or thread and you may be banned from posting permanently. Also, if we are required to do so by law, we will release your email address and any other registration information to the proper authority.
